Simple breathing technique tested to ease Post-Surgery pain
NCT ID NCT07464990
Summary
This study tested whether a simple deep breathing exercise could help patients feel better after a procedure to open blocked leg arteries. 100 patients were randomly assigned to either do the breathing exercises or receive standard care after their procedure. Researchers measured their pain levels, heart rate, and blood pressure to see if the breathing helped reduce discomfort and improve recovery.
