First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding a controlled breathing program to a standard exercise routine improves heart and lung function in people with multiple myeloma. Twenty-six adults currently on treatment will take part in a 6-week program. One group will do breathing exercises at home in addition to supervised exercise, while the other group does only the exercise. The goal is to see if the breathing exercises provide extra benefits for cardiorespiratory health.
