Summary
This study is testing whether combining a specific breathing technique with interval exercise training can help lower blood pressure and improve heart health in adults with high blood pressure. Researchers will work with 36 participants aged 25-50 who have been diagnosed with hypertension. The goal is to see if this non-drug approach provides better blood pressure control than usual methods.
