Could better breathing be the key to easing your back pain?

NCT ID NCT06958744

Summary

This study tested whether a special type of breathing exercise could help people with long-term, unexplained low back pain. Researchers worked with 40 adults to see if training the breathing muscles during specific body positions could strengthen the core, reduce pain, and improve daily function and quality of life. The goal was to see if this functional breathing training was more helpful than just resting or standard care.
