Military tests simple 'HydroBreathe' therapy to fight sleep apnea
NCT ID NCT07301710
Summary
This study is testing whether simple daily exercises involving drinking water through a special bottle and breathing through a handheld device can help control obstructive sleep apnea. It will involve 60 U.S. service members, some with a history of traumatic brain injury. Researchers want to see if three months of these exercises improves sleep quality and reduces breathing pauses during sleep.
