Summary
This study tested whether adding breathing exercises to aerobic workouts improves lung function more than aerobic exercise alone. 45 healthy, sedentary university students aged 18-25 were split into three groups: aerobic exercise only, breathing plus aerobic exercise, and a control group. The goal was to see which approach had the biggest impact on lung function.
