First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tested whether adding breathing exercises to aerobic workouts improves lung function more than aerobic exercise alone. 45 healthy, sedentary university students aged 18-25 were split into three groups: aerobic exercise only, breathing plus aerobic exercise, and a control group.
