Blowing away cancer: simple breath test may predict lung cancer treatment success

Summary
This study is testing a new, non-invasive technology called an electronic nose (E-nose) that analyzes chemicals in a person's breath. Researchers want to see if these breath 'fingerprints' can accurately show how well lung cancer responds to treatment and if the cancer comes back later. About 60 people with non-small cell lung cancer will provide breath samples before and after standard therapy, and then every 6 months for 2 years.
