Summary
This study is testing whether mindfulness-based breathing exercises can help breast cancer patients better manage the symptoms and stress caused by chemotherapy. It will involve 72 patients who are receiving chemotherapy for the first time. Researchers will measure changes in symptom severity and stress hormone levels to see if the breathing exercises make a difference.
