Summary
This study tests a six-month online program for women recently diagnosed with breast cancer. The program offers daily guidance on exercise, stress relief, and healthy habits through videos and emails. Researchers want to see if it reduces psychological distress and improves well-being compared to standard care. 160 women in Nova Scotia will participate, with some starting the program right away and others after six months.
