This study compared two types of anesthesia for breast-conserving surgery with lymph node biopsy: a pectoral nerves (PECS) block and general anesthesia. Researchers wanted to see which method leads to better recovery quality, less pain, and fewer complications. The trial involved 96 patients aged 18 to 70 with a BMI under 30.
