Why Don't more women check their breasts? major study investigates
NCT ID NCT07149636
Summary
This study aims to understand why many middle-aged and older women in China do not perform regular breast self-exams, despite knowing they are important. Researchers will survey 3,000 women in their communities to learn about their awareness, knowledge, and the personal barriers they face. The goal is to use this information to create better education programs that encourage more women to perform self-exams for early cancer detection.
