Summary
This study tested a pain-blocking injection given by the surgeon during breast reduction surgery. 60 women took part to see if this nerve block lowers pain and the need for strong painkillers in the first 24 hours after surgery. The goal is to make recovery more comfortable and reduce side effects from pain medication.
