New tool aims to help High-Risk women navigate tough breast cancer screening choices
NCT ID NCT06892275
Summary
This study is testing a new decision support tool designed to help high-risk Black and Latina women make informed choices about whether to add a breast MRI to their annual mammogram for cancer screening. Researchers will compare the tool against standard care to see if it improves women's knowledge and confidence in their screening decisions. The goal is to ensure women understand the benefits and limitations of breast MRI so they can choose the screening plan that best fits their personal preferences.
