First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looked at how two HIV medicines, doravirine and islatravir, move into breast milk in healthy women who were breastfeeding. Twelve mothers took part, and researchers measured the amount of drug in their milk over 24 hours. The goal was to estimate how much of the drug a nursing baby might receive. This information helps doctors understand the safety of these medicines during breastfeeding.
