Summary

This study aimed to understand how much of a medication called deucravacitinib, used to treat conditions like psoriasis, passes into breast milk. Researchers measured drug levels in the breast milk and blood of 8 healthy, lactating women after they took a single dose. The goal was to gather safety data to help doctors and nursing mothers make informed decisions about medication use.
