Summary
This study looked at how two HIV medications, doravirine and islatravir, move into breast milk in 12 healthy breastfeeding women. Participants took a single dose and provided milk and blood samples over 24 hours. The goal was to estimate how much drug a nursing infant might receive. No treatment was given—just measurement to guide future safe use.
