Summary
This study tests a breast lift surgery that uses a woman's own skin and fat to reshape and add fullness to sagging breasts. The procedure aims to avoid implants by using an internal bra made from the patient's tissue plus fat grafting. The study will enroll 28 women aged 18-50 with moderate to severe sagging and small to medium breasts. Results will be measured through photos, breast measurements, and patient satisfaction surveys.
