First seen Apr 08, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether using a special heat device on the breast before mastectomy and reconstruction can improve recovery. About 40 adults having this surgery will try the device, and researchers will measure how well it works and how patients feel about it. The goal is to see if this simple step is practical and helpful for future use.
