This study investigates whether offering regular breast ultrasound screening to women aged 65 to 80 can increase the rate of early-stage breast cancer detection compared to routine health check-ups. Over 82,000 women from communities in China will be assigned to either receive standardized breast ultrasound screening or continue with usual care.
