First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests a two-step treatment plan for people with advanced breast cancer that is hormone-receptor-positive and HER2-low or ultra-low. First, participants receive a targeted drug called trastuzumab rezetecan for several months. Then, they switch to a combination of a CDK4/6 inhibitor and hormone therapy to keep the cancer under control. The goal is to see how long the cancer stays stable and to monitor side effects. About 45 people will take part.
