Smartphone app trial aims to tame side effects for advanced breast cancer treatment

Summary
This study is testing a two-drug combination (T-DXd and pertuzumab) as the first treatment for people with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread. It aims to see how well the treatment works and how it affects quality of life, while using a special smartphone app, a smartwatch, and a finger-tip oxygen monitor to help patients track and manage side effects from home. The goal is to control the cancer and improve daily life for the 300 participants.
