Summary
This study is testing if it is safe for some breast cancer patients to skip surgery. It is for women with triple negative or HER2+ breast cancer who have no visible cancer left after completing chemotherapy and radiation. The main goal is to see if these patients can have the same long-term survival rates without undergoing an operation.
