New hope for advanced breast cancer patients after standard treatment fails

Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called SIM0270, when combined with an existing medication (everolimus), works better than standard treatments for people with advanced breast cancer. It's for patients whose cancer has grown despite previous hormone therapy and a specific type of targeted drug (CDK4/6 inhibitor). The main goal is to see if the new combination can delay cancer growth longer than current options.
