Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug, OP-1250, combined with an existing cancer drug, palbociclib, for people with advanced or spreading breast cancer. The main goals are to find the safest dose of the combination and see how the body processes the drugs. Researchers will also get an early look at whether the treatment helps control the cancer.
