New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new two-drug combination (JSKN016 given by IV and D-0502 taken as a pill) for people with advanced breast cancer that is hormone-sensitive and HER2-negative, and that has worsened after standard hormone-based therapy. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the treatment can shrink tumors. About 60 participants will be enrolled to receive the drugs on different schedules.
