Summary

This study is testing two different doses of a new drug, inavolisib, when given with an existing hormone therapy (fulvestrant) for people with a specific type of advanced breast cancer. It aims to see which dose is more effective and safer for patients whose cancer has a PIK3CA mutation and has progressed after prior treatment. The trial will enroll about 80 participants to compare how well the cancer responds and manage side effects.
