First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 11, 2026

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a new drug called TQB3616 to standard hormone therapy can help control advanced breast cancer that has stopped responding to commonly used CDK4/6 inhibitor medications. The trial involves 33 women whose cancer has returned or spread despite previous treatment. Researchers will measure how well the combination shrinks tumors and controls cancer growth while monitoring side effects.
