Summary
This study is testing whether combining two drugs, entinostat and oral paclitaxel, can help control advanced breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative. It is for people who have already tried 2-4 other treatments, including specific hormone therapy and chemotherapy. The main goal is to see how long the treatment can keep the cancer from getting worse.
