Summary
This study tested whether adding a drug called darsilide to standard hormone therapy could help shrink tumors in premenopausal women with a specific type of breast cancer. The trial involved 119 women whose cancer hadn't responded well to initial chemotherapy. Researchers measured how many patients' tumors shrank significantly during the treatment period.
