Summary

This study aims to understand why breast cancer treatments sometimes stop working. Researchers will analyze tumor and blood samples from 320 people with different types of breast cancer whose disease has progressed despite treatment. By comparing samples before and after treatment failure, they hope to identify biological changes that cause resistance to therapies.
