Summary

This study tests whether women with certain aggressive breast cancers (triple negative or HR-/HER2+) who have a complete response to chemotherapy and radiation can safely avoid breast surgery. 200 participants will receive the combined treatment and be monitored for 5 years to see if their cancer stays away. The goal is to reduce unnecessary surgery without compromising survival.
