First seen Dec 26, 2025 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study is for women aged 45 and older with early-stage ER-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread to lymph nodes found on ultrasound. The goal is to see if doing a targeted lymph node removal (TAD) at the same time as breast surgery helps keep the cancer from coming back. Researchers will track how many patients have a recurrence over time.
