Summary
This study is testing simple reminder systems to help more women get recommended breast cancer screenings. It sends text message reminders to patients and alerts doctors in their computer system when a patient is overdue for a mammogram. The goal is to see if these low-cost nudges can increase screening rates, especially for women at higher risk of missing their appointments.
