Summary
This study looks at whether breast tumors with more chromosomal instability (CIN) respond better to the chemotherapy drug paclitaxel. About 50 women with breast cancer will receive paclitaxel weekly before surgery. Researchers will measure tumor shrinkage and drug levels to understand how CIN affects treatment response.
