New combo therapy eases Post-Mastectomy pain and swelling

Summary

This study tests if combining resisted deep breathing exercises with a special massage technique (myofascial release) can reduce pain, improve breathing, chest movement, and arm swelling in people who have had a mastectomy. The study will include 48 adults who are at least 6 months post-surgery and have finished radiation and chemotherapy. Participants will be assessed for lung function, arm size, pain, and chest mobility.
