Summary

This study is testing a new drug combination called inavolisib for people with early-stage breast cancer that has a specific genetic change (PIK3CA mutation). The goal is to see if giving these drugs before surgery can safely shrink or eliminate the tumor. The study will enroll about 60 participants to measure side effects and how well the treatment works.
