Summary

This study is testing an experimental drug called zelenectide pevedotin for people with advanced breast cancer that has a specific genetic feature called NECTIN4 amplification. It is for patients whose cancer has returned, cannot be surgically removed, or has spread, and who have already tried other treatments. The main goal is to see if the drug shrinks tumors and is safe for patients.
