New hope for Tough-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called BNT327, given alongside standard chemotherapy, for people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer. The main goals are to see if the combination is safe and if it helps shrink tumors. The trial will enroll about 83 adults who have either not yet received treatment for their advanced cancer or who have progressed after one prior treatment.
