Summary

This study looks at how body weight affects the amount of a breast cancer drug (Trastuzumab-Deruxtecan) in the blood and its side effects. Researchers will compare normal-weight and overweight/obese patients with advanced breast cancer. The goal is to see if weight changes drug exposure and toxicity, which could help personalize dosing.
