Scientists test drug mix for future breast cancer treatment

NCT ID NCT07229560

Summary

This early study tested how a common antifungal drug (itraconazole) affects the way the body processes a new experimental breast cancer drug (HRS-8080). Researchers gave both drugs to 16 healthy volunteers to measure drug levels in the blood and check for safety. The goal was to understand potential drug interactions before testing in cancer patients.
