New drug duo tested for Tough-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary

This study is testing a combination of two experimental drugs, camizestrant and atirmociclib, for people with a specific type of advanced breast cancer that has worsened after prior treatment. The main goals are to see if the drug combination is safe and to look for early signs that it might help control the cancer. It will involve about 24 participants who have already been treated with a common type of breast cancer medication.
