New drug combo tested for advanced breast cancer in japan

NCT ID NCT07164976

Summary

This trial is testing whether combining two existing drugs—ribociclib and anastrozole—works better together for people with advanced or returning breast cancer. The study will involve 86 Japanese patients whose cancer is hormone-sensitive but HER2-negative. Researchers will first check if the combination is safe, then measure how well it shrinks tumors and controls cancer growth.
