First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 05, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of three drugs—pembrolizumab, carboplatin, and paclitaxel—can effectively shrink tumors in people with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer before they have surgery. The goal is to see if this approach can completely eliminate cancer cells from the breast and lymph nodes. Researchers will also track side effects and how patients feel during treatment.
