New pill combo tested for Tough-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of a two-drug combination for people with advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is no longer responding to standard hormone therapies. The two medicines, vepdegestrant and PF-07220060, are taken as pills at home. The goal is to see if this combination can help control the cancer's growth and is safe for patients to take.
