Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety of a drug called abemaciclib when combined with various other breast cancer therapies. It involves 198 people whose breast cancer has spread to other parts of the body. The main goal is to see which drug combinations are safe and tolerable, while also checking if they help shrink tumors.
