NCT ID NCT01597388
Summary
This early-stage study tested the safety and how the body processes a new oral drug called AZD2014 when given alongside an existing breast cancer treatment, fulvestrant. It involved 99 adults with advanced, hormone-sensitive breast cancer that had spread. The main goal was to find a safe dose and understand how the two drugs work together in the body.
