Summary
This study aims to understand why some breast cancer cells survive chemotherapy and how they might cause the cancer to return. Researchers will compare genetic markers on cancer cells found in the bone marrow and blood before and after treatment in 300 patients. The goal is to identify markers that predict which patients are at higher risk of their cancer coming back.
