First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looked at how well CDK4/6 inhibitors (a type of targeted therapy) work for people with advanced breast cancer in everyday medical practice in Egypt. Researchers tracked 206 patients to see how long the treatment kept cancer from growing, its side effects, and its cost-effectiveness. The goal was to understand if these drugs, already proven in clinical trials, perform similarly in a real-world setting.
