Massive 10,000-Person study launched to unlock BRCA cancer secrets

Summary
This study aims to gather detailed health information from 10,000 Italian women who carry BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene mutations, which increase cancer risk. Researchers will track participants over time to better understand how these mutations lead to cancer and to improve prevention and care guidelines. The goal is to create a national database to help future patients and shape public health strategies.
