Summary
This study is testing a training and support program to help Brazilian public hospitals use antibiotics more appropriately. It involves about 54 hospitals that currently have weak or no formal antibiotic management programs. Researchers will provide online training, leadership support, and tools to help these hospitals set up their own plans to reduce unnecessary antibiotic use and combat drug-resistant bacteria.
